Masque Unit, Jr. Theatre is proud to present its 48th live musical production for children, Cinderella. This version, written and adapted by Jim Eiler from the beloved classic by Charles Perrault, is portrayed through the eyes of a wise but comical Fairy Godmother, who pulls such potions as the Sneeze Polka out of her magic bag of tricks to aid an honest and unpretentious Cinderella in overcoming the wiles of her domineering Stepmother and zany Stepsisters. Prince Charming, a near-sighted king, comical fairy assistants, an enchanted coach, a glass slipper, and catchy original music add to this tale where love and forgiveness triumph over jealousy and ambition. The audience will leave smiling and humming the whimsical melodies for days to come.
